How much exercise must one do to be considered 'physically active'?

The 2020 WHO physical activity guidelines recommend that adults must do at least 150 minutes (2.5 hours) of moderate-intensity activity per week, 75 minutes (1.25 hours) of vigorous-intensity activity or an equivalent combination. Those not meeting these recommendations are "insufficiently physically active", a new Lancet study said. Nearly 50% Indians are insufficiently active, the study said.
