How much have gold & silver prices fallen since PM Modi's 'don't buy gold' call?

Gold and silver prices have crashed by as much as ₹39,000 since PM Narendra Modi urged Indians to stop buying gold for a year to support India's forex reserves. Gold and silver were available for ₹1,51,078/10 grams and ₹2,55,600/kg, respectively, on May 8. On June 25, their prices fell to ₹1,39,873/10 grams and ₹2,16,541/kg, a dip of ₹11,205 and ₹39,059.
