The production in FY2023-24 was 12.8 MMT against consumption of 29.7 MMT, while in FY2022-23, production was 12.8 MMT and consumption was 28.5 MMT. India produced 12.2 MMT of LPG in FY2021-22 while consuming 28.3 MMT.
