How much salary will Starbucks' next CEO Laxman Narasimhan receive?

India-born Laxman Narasimhan will receive $1.3 million in annual base salary as the next CEO of Starbucks. The 55-year-old executive will get a cash signing bonus of $1.6 million and up to $9.25 million to make up for incentives he's forfeiting by leaving Reckitt Benckiser. Starting 2023, Narasimhan will be eligible for annual equity awards worth up to $13.6 million.
