How much should one sleep according to their age?

As per US' CDC, newborns (0-3 months) should sleep 14-17 hours daily, infants (4-12 months) 12-16 hours and toddlers (1-2 years) 11-14 hours. Children aged 3-5 years and 6-12 years should sleep 10-13 and 9-12 hours daily, respectively. Teens should sleep 8-10 hours daily. People aged 18-60, 61-64 and 65+ should sleep 7+ hours, 7-9 hours and 7-8 hours, respectively.
