How this Sikkim man revived the centuries-old Lepcha bamboo hats

Jordan Lepcha learned Sikkim's 500-year-old art of handcrafting bamboo hats and then began training others for free. He has revived the nearly-extinct traditional craft for which he received the Padma Shri this year. Jordan sells each hat for ₹25,000 and has also helped 150 people become craft entrepreneurs.
