How UP’s MA, BEd farmer earns ₹14 lakh/acre from Taiwanese guava

Uttar Pradesh's Anit Dhillon took over the family's sugarcane farm in Amroha, UP, after his father's death in 2021. When sugarcane suffered from red rot for two years in a row, he removed the crop and planted Advance Pink Taiwanese guava in 2024. Today, his organic orchard has 1,400 plants that bring revenues of ₹14 lakh/acre.
