How UPI crippled Kotak Bank and got punched with ban from RBI!

On April 24, RBI barred Kotak Mahindra Bank from onboarding new customers through its online and mobile banking channels and issuing fresh credit cards. The bank's technology began to repeatedly fail leading to pathetic consumer service...Why? UPI Kotak bank is not equipped to handle UPI traffic because of its old technology.
