How will companies get refunds after US Supreme Court strikes down Trump's tariffs?

US government may have to return $175 billion after Supreme Court struck down tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump. An importer might have to sue Court of International Trade within two years to get a refund, Reuters reported. A company that isn't the importer of record may not get these refunds. Trade groups warned the refund process could take years.
