How will overtime pay be calculated under the new Labour Codes?

Employees get at least double pay for overtime work under the new Labour Codes, which came into effect in April. With the workweek limit set at 48 hours, any work done beyond this is subject to overtime pay. Short overtimes will also be counted- between 15-30 minutes as half an hour and over 30 minutes as one hour, reports stated.
