How will they be sterilised without data: Lawyer on dogs' census

After hearing on stray dogs case in Supreme Court on Thursday, Lawyer Nanita Sharma said census of stray dogs is crucial for effective sterilisation and vaccination. She said, "Census is very important because unless you know how many dogs there are in each area, how will you sterilise them?" She added that last Census was conducted in Delhi in 2009.
