US' latest sanctions package on Russia's oil trade would impact India's oil imports from there as it's our biggest crude oil source. Russian oil imports will, however, not be impacted until mid-March as Indian refiners can accept cargoes booked before January 10. Additionally, India's overall oil imports won't likely be impacted as enough supply's available from other countries, say reports.
