Howard University renames fine arts college after Chadwick Boseman

Howard University has renamed its College of Fine Arts after late alumnus Chadwick Boseman. The actor, who passed away last year aged 43 while battling colon cancer, graduated from Howard in 2000 with a bachelors in directing. Boseman was instrumental in reviving the college which was under consideration for being absorbed into College of Arts & Sciences, the university said.
