HP Governor calls for pride in mother tongue, language research

Himachal Pradesh Governor Kavinder Gupta urged universities to revive ancient Indian scripts and emphasised pride in mother tongues at the release of 'Akshar Se Atmabodh Tak: Tribhasha Sutra' in Shimla. He highlighted India's linguistic diversity as a strength and cited NEP 2020's support for multilingual education and mother tongue-based learning.
