HP High Court orders ruling on poll petition's limitation

The Himachal Pradesh High Court directed the Deputy Commissioner, Chamba, to decide within 10 weeks whether an election petition challenging the Gram Panchayat Pradhan election in Thakrimatti was filed beyond the 30-day limitation period. The petition was filed on July 8, 2021, 43 days after the May 26, 2021 election result.
