Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) reported Q4 FY26 PAT(profit after tax) of ₹4,902 crore, up around 46% Year-on-Year, while FY26 PAT surged 133% to ₹17,175 crore. The company reported average GRM of USD 8.79 per barrel during FY26. The board recommended final dividend of ₹19.25 per share in addition to ₹5 interim dividend already paid.
