Hrithik Roshan has leased 2,727 sq ft office space in Mumbai's Goregaon for a period of five years and for a total rent of ₹4.84 crore, according to documents accessed by CRE Matrix. The monthly rent will start at ₹7.30 lakh and will increase by 5% yearly according to the agreement. The office is reportedly located on the 14th floor.
