Hrithik Roshan to sell 6.33 lakh shares in Cult.fit IPO

Actor Hrithik Roshan will sell 6.33 lakh shares in Cult.fit's IPO to partially exit the fitness company, according to the draft red herring prospectus. The IPO plans to raise ₹950 crore through a fresh issue. Hrithik will sell shares through the offer-for-sale component, which is expected to take the overall issue size to around ₹3,500-4,000 crore.
