HTC CEO resigns in less than a year citing personal reasons

Taiwanese electronics manufacturer HTC announced that its CEO Yves Maitre has resigned from his position due to personal reasons, not completing even a year at the organisation. HTC said that the strict international travel restrictions due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic had an impact on the French executive, who couldn't travel back to be with his family.
