Huawei bars staff meetings with US contacts, sends US staff back

Chinese smartphone maker Huawei has ordered its employees to cancel technical meetings with American contacts. Huawei's chief strategy architect revealed the technology giant had sent all American citizens working in research and development (R&D) back to the US. Huawei, the world's second-largest smartphone maker in 2019's first quarter, was banned by the US over alleged espionage concerns.
