Hubballi Airport has become the first Airports Authority of India-operated airport in Karnataka to receive a high-tech Mobile Command Post vehicle. The advanced emergency response vehicle is equipped with communication systems, satellite connectivity, CCTV monitoring and drone surveillance. Officials said it will improve coordination during emergencies, accidents and security threats.
