Hugh Jackman's 'The Son' gets 10-min standing ovation at Venice Film Fest

Hugh Jackman and Laura Dern-starrer 'The Son' received a 10-minute standing ovation at Venice International Film Festival on Wednesday. The film, directed by Florian Zeller, centres on "a family as it falls apart and tries to come back together again", according to Sony Pictures Classics' official synopsis. Actors Anthony Hopkins and Vanessa Kirby are also part of 'The Son'.
