South Africa manager Hugo Broos has become the oldest head coach to win a match in FIFA World Cup history. The 74-year-old achieved the feat after South Africa defeated South Korea 1-0 in their Group A match. Broos, who was born on April 10, 1952 in Belgium's Humbeek, was appointed South Africa head coach in 2021.
