HUL completes acquisition of Glenmark Pharma's VWash

Hindustan Unilever (HUL) has completed the acquisition of Glenmark Pharmaceuticals' VWash, the company said. With this, HUL has acquired the intellectual property rights including the trademarks and design of the brand worldwide. The acquisition between HUL and Glenmark was announced in March, which was subject to closing conditions, that have now been fulfilled, HUL said in a regulatory filing.
