Human-robot marathon set to take place in China in world first: Report

China is set to host the world's first marathon featuring both human and robot runners, the South China Morning Post reported. The half-marathon, scheduled to take place in Beijing in April, will reportedly see 12,000 human athletes competing alongside humanoid robots in a 21 km race. The top three finishers, whether human or robot, will receive prizes, the report added.
