Humanoid robot firm pays people to film themselves doing chores to train its robots

Figure's new app Index pays people to record everyday chores such as cooking, cleaning and folding laundry to train humanoid robots. CEO Brett Adcock said creators have earned around $15 million from their uploads. The app has been downloaded 264,000 times and has 44,000 weekly active users, with people from 108 countries contributing about 16 million task videos so far.
