Hundreds of Ford workers protest in Gujarat over planned plant closure

Hundreds of workers protested outside a Ford factory in Sanand, Gujarat against the firm's planned plant closure. The workers said that the plant's closure planned for the year-end would lead to the loss of their livelihoods. "After working here for seven years, I'm suddenly being told I don't have a job. What is my future?" asked one of the workers.
