Hundreds of snakes, alligators seen on streets in flood-hit Chinese city
Severe flooding triggered by Typhoon Maysak has led to hundreds of snakes and several alligators escaping into residential areas in Nanning, capital of China's Guangxi region. As per authorities, floodwaters destroyed sections of boundary walls surrounding a commercial snake-breeding facility and an alligator farm. Authorities advised public not to approach or attempt to catch any escaped animals.
