Hurricane Maria blows away roof of Dominica PM's house

Hurricane Maria made its first landfall as a Category 5 storm on Monday in the Caribbean island nation Dominica, blowing away the roof of PM Roosevelt Skerrit's official residence and causing widespread devastation.
