H'yana appoints retired HC judge to probe killing of DSP in Nuh

The Haryana government on Thursday appointed a single-member inquiry commission to investigate the killing of DSP Surender Singh who was allegedly mowed down by a dumper truck during a raid against illegal mining in Nuh. The commission consists of retired Punjab and Haryana HC judge LN Mittal. The commission has been asked to submit its report within a month.
