Hyd Police arrest man for travelling to 'banned nation' Libya

Hyderabad Police on Tuesday arrested a businessman, Syed Haji Ismail, for allegedly travelling to Libya on June 22 and staying there till July 9. The Central government had banned Indians from travelling to Libya in 2016 over security issues. Ismail, who hails from Karnataka, told police he went to Libya to collect money and was unaware of the ban.
