Hyd water board to launch new app to ease online payment of bills

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board will soon launch an updated version of its Citizens App which will be more user-friendly, the water board said. User experience or interface was not taken into account while creating the current app because of which out of its 13 lakh customers only 45,000-50,000 people use it, the water board added.
