Hyd witnesses 'Zero Shadow Day' today, 2nd such day in 4 months

Hyderabad on Thursday witnessed the 'Zero Shadow Day' phenomenon at 12.23 pm. The city had experienced the event earlier on May 9 this year. 'Zero Shadow Day' is a celestial phenomenon during which the Sun doesn't cast a shadow of a vertical object. The event takes place in regions near the equator.
