Hyderabad constable chases, thrashes and then slits wife's throat

Hyderabad Police is looking for a constable who allegedly killed his wife by slitting her throat with a knife. According to reports, the duo had a heated argument after which the accused thrashed her and when she was trying to escape, he chased her down and murdered her. Their 15-year-old son also got injured while trying to pacify the situation.
