Hyderabad: Inspector, SI of Bandlaguda Police Station suspended

Inspector Shakir Hussain and SI Venkateswar of Bandlaguda police station were suspended by City Police Commissioner K Srinivas Reddy for alleged negligence. They failed to address a complaint by a CRPF head constable about an incident near her quarters. Despite her escalation to the Hyderabad Police Commissioner’s office, no action was taken until an internal inquiry prompted their suspension.
