Hyderabad man arrested for injecting HIV blood into a woman

A 24-year-old man, HIV positive since birth, was arrested in Hyderabad for allegedly injecting his blood into a young woman after their marriage proposal was cancelled. Police say he planned the act for weeks and destroyed evidence. The victim is under treatment, and a case of attempted murder has been registered under BNS.
