Hyderabad residents burn effigy of BJP MLA Raja Singh

Residents of Gunfoundry in Hyderabad on Saturday burned the effigy of BJP MLA Raja Singh. They alleged that Singh has been disrupting the distribution of the state government's financial aid of ₹10,000 to families affected by the floods. According to officials, the affected families were identified in a survey and those staying in top floors of buildings were not eligible.
