Hyderabad's Nampally railway station gets EV charging facility

An electric vehicle (EV) charging facility has been set up at the Nampally railway station in Hyderabad. The facility falls under a contract awarded by the Secunderabad Railway Division to set up EV charging facilities at 32 stations within its limits. The initiative will not only provide an important passenger amenity but also generate revenue for railways, an official said.
