Hyd's Khairatabad Ganesha receives 1,100 kg laddu in Ganesh Chaturthi

The Khairatabad Ganesha in Hyderabad on Friday received an offering of a laddu, weighing 1,100 kg, amid Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. "We've installed 40-feet tall 'Panchmukhi' Ganesh idol this year...early 150 artisans worked for two months to make this beautiful structure," Raju Ganapati, Utsav Organiser, said. The first pooja at Khairatabad was commenced by Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan.
