Hyundai Motor flags export disruptions as Iran war hits shipping

South Korea-based automotive manufacturer Hyundai Motor said on Friday that exports to Europe and North Africa, which typically transit through ‌Middle East, were being disrupted by the ongoing conflict in the region. South Korea's trade ​minister said that some shipments were ⁠being diverted to intermediate hubs in Sri Lanka. Hyundai's global sales fell 2.3% YoY in March.
