'I' actor & MP Suresh Gopi gets BJP ticket from Kerala

BJP has fielded actor-turned-politician Suresh Gopi from Kerala's Thrissur for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Gopi, who acted in South Indian movies like 'I' and 'Paappan', is a sitting Rajya Sabha MP who lost the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. Union Ministers of State V Muraleedharan and Rajeev Chandrasekhar have been fielded from Attingal and Thiruvananthapuram constituencies, respectively.
