I am flowing water, not stagnant: K'taka minister after BJP's snub

After Karnataka minister V Somanna's name wasn't included in the BJP's election management committee, he said that he is like flowing water, not stagnant water. His statement came amid reports of him possibly leaving the BJP and joining the Congress. Reacting to his name not being included in the campaign committee, he said, "I will not talk about this."
