US State Secretary Rex Tillerson has revealed that he keeps a printed copy of President Donald Trump's tweets to respond to questions on the country's foreign policy. "The challenge is getting caught up because I don't even have a Twitter account that I can follow what he's tweeting," Tillerson added. He further described Trump as being "world-class at social media".
