I am shocked and concerned: West Bengal CM Mamata as Governor CV Ananda Bose resigns

Reacting to CV Ananda Bose's resignation as Governor of West Bengal, CM Mamata Banerjee said she is "shocked" and "deeply concerned" by the resignation. "I would not be surprised if Bose has been subjected to some pressure from Home Minister [Amit Shah] to serve certain political interests on the eve of the forthcoming State Assembly elections," she stated.
