Amid the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's former spokesperson Iuliia Mendel criticised Zelenskyy, calling him a threat to Ukraine's sovereignty. "I apologise to God every day for helping this scum come to power...to be in power," she said. "Zelenskyy is not a person. He's a tool for the suicide of the Ukrainian nation," she added.
