I bombed Iran's largest bridge as they showed up late for meeting: Trump

US President Donald Trump said he ordered the bombing of Karaj B1 Bridge, Iran's largest bridge, because "Iran showed up late at a meeting". The US attacked the bridge on April 2, 2026, in which at least eight people were killed. His remarks came after the US and Iran signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to end the war.
