Perplexity AI's Indian-origin CEO Aravind Srinivas said he can invest $1 million and five hours weekly into a team to make "India great again" in AI. He added he could invest $10 million more to beat an AI model made by Chinese startup DeepSeek. "India must show the world that it's capable of ISRO-like [feat] for AI," he said recently.
