Neha Dhupia said she lost 23 kgs by monitoring her eating habits and following a balanced exercise routine, saying she "cut out sugar, fried foods, and gluten". "I don't deliberately do intermittent fasting but it happens because of [my] lifestyle...I have dinner with kids at 7:00 pm...and breakfast with my husband at 11 am," the 43-year-old added.
