US President Donald Trump has said he did not want world leaders including PM Narendra Modi to see tents, potholes and graffiti in Washington DC so he ordered that the US capital should be cleaned. "We're cleaning up this great capital, and we're not going to have crime, and we're not going to stand for crime," he said.
