I dislike culture of pampering staff like parents, Google is the worst at it: Corgi co-founder

Nico Laqua, Co-founder of AI insurance startup Corgi which doubled its valuation to $2.6 billion in three weeks, spoke against "taking care" of employees. "I really dislike the culture of pampering everyone...as if you're their parents...Google is like the worst of that," he said. Laqua said he removed the chef at his office as it led to logistical burdens.
